  Where to start, if I could I give 10 STARS!!! From first contact to end product in the team at HSC Associates Heating & AC impressed me. So let me give a very long story here for you to understand. A building was bought, had a old radiant floor system that was not properly installed I will add a photo of that mess. But since we had other plans for the money and the system kind of heated the building, so we were gonna make it work, and then it happened. The boiler went down, brought in a service company and they right off the bat said can't/ wont touch it.. huh, what! .. So it seems parts are far and few between for the band. So after a few calls found out Nobody would touch it. I was referred to HSC for an entirely new system folks let me tell you don't bother with other quotes nobody could come close to these guys! And when I say that I had many others come in and give me quotes, one place never even got back to me with a quote after they saw what was involved. So lets focus on HCS now and what they did. Salesman Marvin comes, great guy really knows his stuff. (mind you I have 30 years of building maint. behind me) We talked about what I like to see happen and what was needed for the Space we are creating. Next the Quote came and I was like no that cant be.. It was way lower then the others and very reasonable. Also they use only Lennox equipment and that alone is a great selling point!! The efficiency ratings are great too! So we get things set up to go. The hand off to George happens and again another great guy!! We explained our time table and needs and we were lucky enough for us, he was able to make it work. When the Crew shows up, Matt and his crew wasted no time, from bring the parts all in LOTS of Parts since we were going to move from boiler radiant heat to a HVAC system. The system if you are not sure what that involves is a Forced Air heating system, a Air conditioning system (coil on the heat system, and condenser out side and all the ducts, electrical, zones, dampers, control panel. Then they also tore out and removed the entire old system!! They worked so efficient that this big job took only 3.5 days and when I say days, these guys were on site before me and stayed later then me. So if you read this far and still here you should know by now I highly recommend HSC Associates Heating and AC for what ever your needs are!!! Huge thank you to the entire Staff!!

  I've had a similar experience to some recent reviews. Over the years they put in two furnaces and central air. But my recent interaction with them by phone showed this is a different company now. I'm going with another company.

  I've had the same experience as some of these other people. I was a customer for 10 years and spent close to $30k. First they rescheduled me twice without communicating it. When I called to ask about it, the guy hung up on me. And didn't answer when I called back. Then I found that I was charged $250 for a filter that costs less than half that much online. Since I never wanted this filter in the first place (I wanted a more permanent solution) but agreed to it as an "experiment" I thought they'd tell me if it was going to be that expensive. I asked the guy on the phone if they could have at least charged me the actual cost of this filter and he claimed that they themselves paid $250 for it. I don't find this believable. I can buy a nice Lennox Merv 16 x6675 for $113 online. HSC probably gets a lower bulk rate. Also the guy told me that the owner wasn't there to talk to and didn't offer to have him call me back.
