  I've had the same experience as some of these other people. I was a customer for 10 years and spent close to $30k. First they rescheduled me twice without communicating it. When I called to ask about it, the guy hung up on me. And didn't answer when I called back. Then I found that I was charged $250 for a filter that costs less than half that much online. Since I never wanted this filter in the first place (I wanted a more permanent solution) but agreed to it as an "experiment" I thought they'd tell me if it was going to be that expensive. I asked the guy on the phone if they could have at least charged me the actual cost of this filter and he claimed that they themselves paid $250 for it. I don't find this believable. I can buy a nice Lennox Merv 16 x6675 for $113 online. HSC probably gets a lower bulk rate. Also the guy told me that the owner wasn't there to talk to buy didn't offer to have them call me back.

  Called after hours on a Friday to look for a part to repair a boiler on a no heat no hot water call at house with 4 kids. The operator got me in touch with a tech who spent over an hour looking for said part and verifying the issue. Even though they didn't have what I needed I cannot say enough for the service they provided, especially in today's age where good service is a rarity. Thank you.

  Completely unreliable. Yes everyone is busy, especially HVAC companies this time of year, but this experience was next level. They came out over a month ago and did some supposed diagnostic stuff that they promised to follow up on. They didn't and the heat went completely out again. Then, with the heat to an entire apartment completely out during a week of rainy 40° days, they chose to send out someone who didn't know what they were doing, then push off a follow-up appointment for over a week, and no showed on the day of that appointment. Multiple follow-up calls where I actually spoke to a person who promised to help resulted in another disappearing act. It's been five more days since they were supposed to show up and I've heard nothing. They are one of the few companies that specifically work with Lennox stuff in the area so I guess they feel like they can just screw around with people and give them terrible service and then still get everyone's business. I won't be dealing with them again.

  These guys are great if you want a brand new furnace that you have to manually reset every few hours. I think they sold me a bad unit but instead of replacing it they just bypassed all the safety mechanisms. $3500 and it doesn’t work. I have to manually reset it every time I notice the temp drop into the 50s.

  Sent wrong tech, wrong replacement parts on followup visit then argued it was my fault bc I called for appt instead of George calling me??? Business will go down fast like this....
