My elevator has been broken following a child getting stuck inside of it for over a week they promised that their parts to repair the elevator would be in days ago and now no one will respond or call us back to let us know the status and when the elevator will be repaired. This is unacceptable as there are many handicapped people living in my building. terrible service stay away from them. The call center is useless. You call them and they have no information and can only tell you that they’re emailing the branch that’s working with our building and telling them to call us back but complete silence regardless how much you try to call and get information!

I live on the 7th floor where the elevator is broken since Thursday, since then the management was promised that someone is on the way but now Monday 6pm its still not fixed, Ridiculous service
