  I switched to Cleveland about three years ago. In addition to boiler & central AC maintenance, they have been out several times to repair difficult to access leaks from plumbing fixtures in our second floor. They get thumbs up on all aspects.

  Called Monday morning around 830 am. My tech was Mike. He arrived approx 1230 the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Ran to the supply store. Replaced the leak and out the door by 300. Mike was personable and knowledgeable. He also followed all CDC guidelines. Excellent work started with phone call to Marissa and ended with Mike. A follow up email from Lauren the next day with invoice just added to the excellent service. I would highly recommend Cleveland Plumbing.

  Highly recommend Scott and his crew. Was having a problem with propane boiler and sent Scott a video. he immediately called me back and explained his thoughts. Then cleared his schedule to stop over and see it in person. Scott went over everything and said the installation wasn't wrong but things have changed over the years and made some suggestions. He never once made any negative comments towards the installer and complimented some things and showed what he could do to rectify the 2 major issues. So far so good. Few days in, and no air/steam in heating lines, no pipes banging, and everything seems to be perfect. Can't thank you enough .
