They did a thorough investigation of a leaking plumbing line supplying a frozen outdoor spigot. Thankfully the issue was a simple fix (shutting off a valve) and did not require any unnecessary repairs. They are honest and reliable...I would trust them for any future plumbing and HVAC needs.
