- JPJose PortilloDec 13, 20191.0If I could give zero stars I would. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Not sure who Matt is but he definitely should never be up front or dealing with customers. I took a chance and bought from Gobal because its local and I didn't feel like driving to Brooklyn where I normally get my glass. That was a mistake. When I got my glass back it was cut horribly and it cracked as soon as I placed it in the frame. Matt tells me it's not the glass yet I ordered 2 pieces and 1 was perfect with clean edge cut the 2nd looked like a 4 year old cut it. 1st and last time I'm ever spending my money at this horrible place. Maybe it's because they don't know if they have a vape shop or a glass company. Go to Paradise Glass and Mirrors trust me.
