He took his time with us, compared different styles, colors and manufacturers. We purchased over 10 products , faucets, shower head, drain, towel rack, shower handle, shower arm, vanity handles. All products were delivered to our home within 5 Days. I would like to Thank Mr. Feddy for his knowledge and patience. We would definitely recommend him. - RRRajMay 24, 20241.0I visited here this afternoon, following a recommendation for their service. Initially, the representatives were quite helpful, which was promising. However, my experience quickly deteriorated when I sought assistance with a thermocouple and its compatibility with my water heater. One of the staff members, who was more engrossed in a personal phone call than in helping me, provided a lackluster service. Despite my clear request for a specific part compatible with my heater, he handed me a different one, claiming it was what I asked for. His dismissive attitude and reluctance to engage made me feel like an afterthought. This was not the level of customer care I expected, especially on my first visit. It’s disheartening when the expertise you rely on falls short, and it’s compounded when it feels like your business is not valued.
