  I’m very glad I chose BQ!! From the start with the estimate from Joe, to JT and John upgrading my electric and other things I wanted all work was done perfectly and explained. Nice clean up too!! I will definitely recommend BQ to others. Thank you for being honest!!!

  Best Quality Electric is our go-to company for all our electrical needs. BQ electricians upgraded our electrical panel, installed our EV chargers, repaired a faulty GFCI outlet, and even checked our Ring camera system. Charleton Phillips, Kevin Padilla, Anthony Golowach, Justin, Brian, Kevin, Vincent Lopez were all knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend BQ Electric and its team of highly competent electricians!.

  I don’t normally leave reviews, but in this case, I felt Best Quality earned the best review. bits everyone else I scheduled 3 bids for all the electric work I needed it done on my house. The first company I met with was Best Quality whose representative, Ednison, was so thorough and took so much time to listen to my concerns, walking me through every issue I’d listed and others he noticed immediately. I knew then I’d more than likely be going with them. My financial situation only allowed me to do this in phase I & phase II, and the company was fantastic about which projects to prioritize for safety. During the initial walk-through, he was so thorough even taking a video of everything that needed to be done along with voiceover of how to complete each job and what was needed. They had their bid to me very quickly since I was on a tight timeline and we’re able to start the following week. I can’t say enough about the crew that worked on my house! I’m pretty sure they left it cleaner than when they got there and other than the necessary noise of the tools, were as inconspicuous as possible. So polite. The workmanship was 10/10, the price was fair, the entire staff was professional & reliable & I completely trusted them in my home (not normal for me). I look forward to working with Best Quality again when I start phase II soon and plan on using them for any future work. I’d highly recommend using them.

  We cannot be more thankful for the serviceman who answered our call for a two-outlet repair who discovered a MUCH bigger problem and arranged for it to be serviced THE NEXT DAY. After a brief PSEG neighborhood power outage, we had two kitchen outlets not restored. Charlton (aka Sherlock Holmes) arrived on time, tested both outlets and discovered a rouge live wire, along with a subtle flickering of nearly all first floor lights. He found the source of the problem, then discovered oxidation in our fuse box from an outside leak. He detailed in easy-to-understand terms what the problem was and the urgency to fix it, answered all of our questions with utmost patience. This was NOT an 'upsell' - his diagnosis literally prevented a house fire in the near future. Our servicemen Zack and Daniel arrived on time next morning, completed all repairs, tested EVERY OUTLET in the house afterward, labeled EVERY fuse switch clearly, and walked me around to view every repair with explanation of what was done. No lie, this was unexpected and expensive, but preferrable to an electrical fire, and they worked with us to arrive at a fair price for parts and labor. We highly and wholeheartedly recommend BQ Electric for any electrical work you need done in your home. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly, and right-priced for the level of expertise.
