  As has been noted by so many others here, the level of service and commitment to excellence from EVERYONE on the Wagner team is second to none. From estimate, to showroom visit, to the office team and finally to actual product install, Wagner was friendly, communicative, detail oriented and helpful. If you need flooring, and Wagner does that type of work, then you NEED to hire them. You won't find a more dedicated group of people in the industry. Thanks Wagner Team! We LOVE our new carpet.

  We moved here from Oregon and unfamiliar with carpet showrooms a few years back. We saw Wagner Carpets and decided to walk in and from there going forward we would never step into another carpet store. Jamie graciously met us and was soo knowledgeable about everything regarding carpet and flooring! We felt so comfortable and trusted her completely! The quality of everything they carried was incredible! That very day we order lovely carpet for the bedrooms and animal print for the stairs. Tom and Andy installed it all to perfection with smiling and kind personalities! We couldn’t ask for anything better and made our day shine! We since have moved and of course we wouldn’t think of going anywhere else but Wagner. Tom and Andy installed the carpet and gorgeous hardwood floors and Jamie with her excellent skills and her kind heart helped us put it all together. We even did LVC flooring in the basement where are grandchildren love to play. I personally wish there were more stars to give them because they deserve all the stars in the universe!!!💫

  Normally I don’t do reviews however I felt the need to share my experience with others…..I was in the market for carpet and laminate flooring for my house and I have in the past bought laminate flooring (installed myself)from Wagner Carpet and flooring….I stopped there again and spoke with Jamie who really knows her stuff….she really knows the products she sells and has the knowledge to share with you without being pressured…..she gave us several samples to take home prior to making our decision on our carpet and hard surface flooring. I recently had Wagner Carpets and Flooring install carpets in my house in 3 rooms…Andy, Tom and Mike showed up at the time scheduled and I must say that I was totally impressed by the way they worked together…everyone knew exactly what they needed to do to get the room ready for the person behind them…The carpets they installed looked amazing and couldn’t be happier with the job they did.The quality of the work they do shows in the installation and it’s not common for the owners to be the install crew but that’s what you get with Wagner….they are top notch and you can’t go wrong with Wagner Carpets and Flooring….Great Job and I look forward to working with them again!

  Wagner removed old flooring and replaced with LVP in our living room, kitchen, foyer and carpet on our stairs. Jamie was knowledgeable about the product when we visited and Tom, Andy team were easy to work with. They showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards. It was a pleasant experience and will recommend them to family and friends.
