  Worst company ever. They rip you off. I received a quote for all of my windows to be replaced and paid half up front. Tool them 6 months to come to install, when they showed up they said my order didn't include 3 large windows which was why they were the lowest bidder. If they included my windowns they would have been the highest and I would have never chosen them. They had to come FOUR times to install my windows. First 3 times they were installed backwards and almost fell out. They damaged my siding, inside walls and left blood all over my window sills. I asked for a discount and they refused. They ripped me off. Don't ever use them.

  Five doors. Two windows. Five weeks of installation, still incomplete, due to numerous issues: -wrong measurements for two doors taken twice and wrong both times- doors were forced to work -one of two windows doesn’t open/close properly - two doors were installed in wrong openings resulting in the doors opening the wrong way into the room -interior door trim on one door too short on do opening and gaps filled with silicone to make it work and not installed at all on four other doors -had to ask more than once to shim the door thresholds so the didn’t flex and bend when stepping on them - can see outside light on two doors -outdoor wrap still isn’t done -the door handsets and deadbolts aren’t even the right color and we don’t even care anymore because we are this close to asking for the doors and windows to be removed so I can board up the openings and call Rochester Colonial back out. Had a good experience one with this company out of Buffalo and took a chance with the Rochester team. Repeat no call/no shows and excuses Next to zero communication Job started 1/19/2026 and no end in sight. Update: a few doors are out of alignment and the deadbolts don’t lock. Door doesn’t have a proper reveal at trim and door strike hitting trim.

  Super pleased. I bought my home and knew Window World installed the new windows to my home 8 years prior. I called knowing one window may have had an issue, hoping they could replace. I was expecting to pay out of pocket. Turns out it was covered on warranty!? They came out and replaced the bad window, and a handful of broken window security tabs. The installer, Rich (I think?) was prompt, friendly, and very kind. Even to my 16.5 year old, nearly blind/deaf dog. He reached out for my dog to sniff for an intro, and was very cautious walking around him. My dog was highly interested and kept trying to follow him around. Rich was very aware of his footing the entire time. It all showed he cared. You don’t find many folks who do the small things. He did. And the window world warranty (even for me NOT as original purchaser) saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. I hope if I need services in the future, that Rich is my installer. What a great person for window world to have representing them. Thank you very much, Rich! 🍀 Thank you very much Window World for making this painless.

  It all started with my sales rep Kristine, she explained everything to me completely. She all ran down all my option. She was able to save me some money. The information was quick and the installers were very professional and left everything like they were never there. Thanks Window World of Rochester. We will difnitly use you in the future.
