  Don't order from them. Their "computer" split our order into two separate designs patterns. No way for customer to understand internal coding that made the 1/2 the order different. We held back 28k out a 160k order and they said they would remedy it if we released another 14k. Their remedy was handsaws and a few pieces double sided tape to change the grid pattern on the windows and doors they improperly ordered. NOW they won't honor their service agreement. Real five star service here. Save yourself the trouble and go else where.

  Our experience with WindowRama has been outstanding from start to finish, especially considering that our home renovation and addition took over two years to complete. From the very beginning, John worked closely with us to select and design all of the windows and doors for our project. He guided us through every option, helping us choose the perfect interior and exterior doors, including a double sliding glass door and double French doors for our main entry. His knowledge and patience made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and well-organized. WindowRama also assisted us in selecting all of the hardware and door levers throughout the home. Throughout the long building process, they remained consistently helpful whenever we needed support or clarification. As with any large project, a few adjustments had to be made along the way. Some windows and the sliding glass door required service, and WindowRama immediately coordinated with Andersen to handle everything. We learned that black-framed windows and sliding doors can be more prone to warping from sun exposure, but the repair technicians were excellent thorough, skilled at diagnosing issues, and very professional when completing the repairs and reinstallations. Midway through the project, John retired, and Paul stepped in to take over. He was just as helpful, responsive, and committed to making sure everything was completed properly. Overall, WindowRama delivered quality products, dependable service, and excellent support throughout an unusually long and complex build. We highly recommend them for anyone undertaking a renovation or new construction project.

  I had two new Anderson screen doors installed last summer. Parts fell off the next day and one door has squeaked since day one. Not sure if this is poor quality product or due to the shoddy, unreliable contractors they recommend do the install.
