  I’m a little disappointed. The tech was great. The assessment on future work helpful. The problem is I paid a premium to get the burner on and some oil until my scheduled delivery Monday. I ended up with the minimal oil and a warning it probably won’t be enough oil until Monday putting me back to square one before my delivery. I called and they offered no solution.

  We were extremely pleased with the removal of our old water tank and the installation of a new one. The job was done expertly by technician John Hibler. He went over everything that he was going to do prior to the installation and again afterwards. He cleaned up thoroughly when he completed the job. I would recommend John and T. Webber very highly for anyone needing a new water tank installed in their home or business.

He successfully addressed the immediate issue and informed me of my options moving forward.   Guys who did the service were good. This review isn’t about them. But I called because our heat wasn’t working in two of our zones AND that we had no water because the pipes were frozen. When plumber arrived he didn’t know anything about the heat not working and said he was only there for the pipes. He let the company know and he went and unfroze the pipes. Worked fast and got our water running. During the unfreezing one of our baseboard pipes burst and he quickly shut off the zones and called the company to get a plumber over for the heat and now busted pipe to baseboard. I don’t know why he couldn’t fix that pipe but will leave that alone for now. They told him to tell me to call the office and they’d straighten it out. I got there ai phone service who told me I’d receive a call back. An hour passed nobody called back. I called the plumber who came and he said he’d let the office know and they’d call me. Nobody called. They also charge $1400 hundred to unfreeze the pipes which seems pretty high considering the next plumber who cam (Van Duzer, highly recommend) charged 3000 to unfreeze the pipes, fix 5 busted pipes and get my heat working again. Long story short if you hear an Ai answer the phone hang up and call someone else.
