  Technician, Nicholas Eletto, came within 24 hours and was able to get my ejector pump functional within a couple of hours. Price was half of what our normal plumber quoted us. Nicholas was so professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I could not be happier with this service!!

  Over the last month or so I have been through quite an ordeal with my “vintage” gas fired steam boiler, and various HVAC service providers in my area. I was fortunate enough to reach out to T Webber, who have been amazing. I won’t go into the boring details, but they professionally and correctly fixed the problems in introduced to my HVAC system by other service providers and they cleaned and maintained my boiler. Luis, the technician who worked on my boiler was very knowledgeable, conscientious, careful and professional. The best part about his services that when he wasn’t sure about something, he called a colleague to ask a question. I am an engineer myself and I and my colleagues call upon each other if I we unsure about something. So I really appreciated that. Because of my prior experiences, I watched every step that he took and asked him questions along the way. He patiently answered them and gave me guidance about future maintenance of my boiler I am very thankful to have found T. Webber and I will call on use them again. I would also like to give a special shout out to the dispatchers and office workers at T Weber. They are friendly, efficient and professional. Definitely a cut above.

  T. Webber was great. They texted me with reminders of my appointment & texted me on the day of appointnent about possible delay of arrival. They made me feel that I can rely on them. When the tech ( Kevin O’Brien ) came, he was very courteous & started work right away. I was satisfied with the job that he did so I decided that I would like him & the company he works for to do my annual check up of my heating system.

  Highly unprofessional and lier just to put over charge told wrong diagnos; Just needed to fix communication wire and he said motherboard is blown with 220 power; which impossible from the main panel box … this company a must ignore !!’ split into is getting 120 volt from outdoor unit and he said it’s 220 volts… What a lier!!!! Stay away from this company … Complete ripoff !!!!
