  The large garage door broke, recently. Billy came. He was able to get it to work, temporarily. He ordered the necessary new part. Jeremy came today to install it. All is well here. These gentlemen are professionals, in their knowledge and communicaton. They are both a credit to your business.

  Jeff, Andy, Pryce, Ashton and John did a superb job installing the overhead garage door on my worksite at 840 aero Dr. The efficiency and precision they showed with installing an almost 27 ft door and it taking less than 4 hours to complete still has me flabbergasted. I would highly recommend Hamburg overhead door to anyone & everyone, especially with this crew at the helm. Thank you again for a job well done!

  Our builder used Hamburg door, probably the cheapest "builders grade" available 35 years ago and they lasted this long so it helped with our choice! We needed to replace 3 doors! We got three estimates to compare. When we first visited the show room and met with Beth who was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable She mentioned a "home show discount " the price was the lowest for the top quality with the best insulation rating ! So we signed a contract. A few days later she called us and said she was sorry , and at that point I'm thinking what is this going to cost us, but it was the opposite! She said she forgot to give us the "Home show discount " so the price came DOWN!!! We were so impressed with Beth's and Hamburg doors honesty, it blew us away! They could have shut up, we signed but they did the right thing!!! Andrew the installer was also friendly and efficient! The doors are beautiful! We highly recommend them for fair, honest, quality at all steps!

  Have used Hamburg Overhead Doors several times and they are BY FAR the best at what they do...there are other companies that install and service garage doors...but none of them compare in my opinion...they were at my house 5 hours after I called them (I left a message at 6:00 am because my garage door was acting up)...BEN could not have been more pleasant and knowledgeable. Did NOT try and upsell anything. What he did do it educate me on why I should do certain things. Which once he explained to me what was happening to both my doors, It was a no brainer to have him do what he recommended. And my doors are now absolutely silent and work like the day they were installed!!!! THANKS BEN! And thanks Hamburg Overhead Door. I'll be calling again the next time I need service. And I will want Ben to do the service :)

  Chuck the salesman was very knowledgeable and gave us all of our options of what we could purchase. Brett, the installer did a great job and was very careful and precise in everything that he did with the new garage door, tracks, and new spring and we had him fix trim around the door. He did a great job cleaning up and taking the old items away. We highly recommend this company from the sales people to customer service to the installer.
