He did a great job and performed his services in a professional and timely manner. He called me before his arrival and also was extremely pleasant to have him here at my home and work on my garage doors.
- MRMK Roland6 days ago1.0This should be a zero. Don't ever use Hamburg Overhead Door. They are overpriced, don't carry parts on their trucks, and have VERY RUDE technicians. They are out of date on technology both in customer service (like communication with you regarding service calls) and their products. Terrible customer service. Don’t return calls. Save yourself time, trouble, money, and keep looking. There are good companies out there. This used to be a good company (I was a 20 year customer) but NOT ANYMORE!!!

From our first meeting with Chuck, the buying experience with Mike D., and then the installation with Jeremy and Mike it was all very easy.
