- BCBrianna Cooper2 days ago1.0NEVER AGAIN. Think you're ordering a white kitchen? Think again! All of the white cabinets have a grey border that's meant to act as a "shadow." Well rather than acting as a "shadow," it looks absolutely crazy. Picture an old ratty car that has one door different than the other. This grey edging creates distinct grey lines throughout the cabinets and is very clearly visible when any door/drawer is opened. Needless to say, my order was refused upon delivery. I would never spend $10k on a kitchen I was unhappy with. The customer service as Wren is nothing to brag about either. They're friendly and accommodating until the moment you put your deposit down. Once they lock you in, all bedside manner goes out the window. It is constant back and forth with changes, delays with a "compliance team", MULTIPLE measurements taken because they were wrong the first time. Then trying to talk to a decent human being about this grey edging as been a nightmare. I would never recommend for anyone to use Wren Kitchens in ANY capacity and will never be taking my business back to them. This was truly a disappointment.
- AAAileen ArchagaJan 18, 20261.0My experience with Wren Kitchens was horrendous. Do not waste your time or money buying a kitchen from this company. If I could give them zero stars, I would. This company is a scam at its finest. Honestly, save yourself the hassle and don’t even bother. Do not trust anything they tell you. They lie about the quality of their products and materials. What they show you in the showroom is not what you receive on delivery day. The outside of the kitchen may look decent, but the actual design is clearly done to cut corners, using less material so they profit while the customer loses. You would see this if you’re overseeing the installation process. Poor quality kitchen cabinets. The salespeople only care about making a quick commission and do not care what problems the customer is left with. In my case, our salesperson, Jeffrey Jeremeus, either lacked proper training or simply did not care. We were left dealing with issues that never should have happened. On top of all of this, Wren’s installation company damaged our ceilings and walls, creating even more problems and stress. Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
