Finding Pete and his family was one of the best things that happened to me since making the move. Pete is everything you can hope for in a plumber. Pete arrives on time, he is incredibly respectful, and professional, and takes the time to walk through every step of the job so you always know what's being done and why. He doesn't just fix the problem, he educates you on how to maintain your plumbing so you're not caught off guard down the road. And when the work is done he leaves the space cleaner than he found it.That alone says everything about the kind of person he is.What makes this even more special is that it's a true family business. Pete's brother Steve and the rest of the team handle Electrical, Refrigeration, and air conditioning and they bring that same level of professionalism, punctuality and genuine care to every job. As someone new to the area, finding people you can wholeheartedly trust in your home is priceless. Pete and his family are exactly that. I can't recommend them highly enough. I know how busy they were but to help my mother, they came right to help. Turns out, her boiler froze and cracked but to save the day, they hooked up this massive heater to bring her house up to a livable temperature until a new boiler could be installed. They went above and beyond to help out my mom. And for the record, my mom wouldn't leave her house because of her cats. Instead, a new boiler was installed the next day. I can't thank A&I Mechanical enough.
