They were honest about the work that needed to be done and the replacement versus fixing something that was not fixable. The owner of the house opted to not do everything that was suggested but they were kind enough to the extra part to ensure my safety and so the home doesn’t have an electric fire. Not only are they a hard working, family owned local businesses but they really do care about the people in the community. They arrived on time and are still working but I have full confidence things will be done up to par as they have already exceeded my expectations not only in customer service, quality work, but most important kindness!

Steve and James Muck came to our house the next day and reviewed our home. The following day we had a competitive quote and we agreed to the installation. Muck Electric LLC took care of permits and contacted the gas company. They did everything necessary to prepare for the installation. On the scheduled date the team arrived on time and they completed the installation in one day. The thing we liked best about Muck Electric LLC is that they are a three generation family run business!
