  Don’t go here. They told me if you not planing to buy, don’t call them and don’t ask them anything. Super poor customer service.

  Simpson Door Company delayed us and changed the delivery timing without any sufficient notice. However, Thomas from WindowRama was very patient with us and our admittedly aggressive schedule and he was able to bring some common sense into Simpson's side as a whole. At the end of the day, the delivery was made just in time before our strict deadline. We thank you.

  Unknowledeable staff, ordered wrong size window, rude, makes excuses, no call back or follow through. Makes you measure and research product first by yourself or outrageous charge to come to home to do it properly even on a $1000.00 window. They said too small a job to come out for free. Friend in window business, but Windowrama is authorized dealer for Marvin Windows so had to order through them. No free delivery, by the way. had to pick up window myself. Installer had to knock out tiles from inner and outer wall for a larger cutout to install larger than expected waterproof window in shower. Now I have to get tiler and painter to reconstruct the surround and interior of shower. I understand I am missing an outer trim of some sort as well. Evidently no product inspection? In closing it was 20 years ago since I ordered over $60,000.00 or more new construction and replacement Marvin windows for my home from Wondowrama. The Marvin windows are great, but what happened to Windowrama in the past 20 years?

  Called flushing store at 5:35 to see when my order would be ready. They leave me on hold and hang up at 6:00 when they close. Last time I call windowrama. Lazy people working there.
