  If I could give this less than a 1 star I would. HORRIBLE customer service. My parents are redoing their kitchen with Wren and speak minimal English. When they call Wren's main installation number, they have the option to press 2 for a Spanish-speaking representative (like most hotlines). But every time, without fail, they are connected to someone in English who tells them they do not have ANY Spanish speaking representatives. Why offer the option if it doesn’t exist? It feels misleading and incredibly dismissive of customers who rely on that support. My parents have been left confused, frustrated, and without the help they were promised. Ongoing delays for TWO MONTHS now because the communication is non-existent. This company clearly doesn’t value accessibility or proper customer care. Avoid at all costs.

  Wren Kitchens did an exceptional job manufacturing our kitchen cabinets. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding, and they perfectly suit our needs and style. A special shout-out to Melody, our designer, for her incredible work in designing a stunning kitchen that maximizes every inch of our small space. Her creativity and expertise brought our vision to life, and we are so grateful for her guidance throughout the process. We’d also like to thank Wren's subcontractor, Victoria International LLC, for the flawless installation. Their attention to detail and professionalism ensured everything came together perfectly. Lastly, the NE Quartz countertop is simply beautiful—durable, high-quality, and a perfect finishing touch to our kitchen.

  Had an awful experience trying to set up a virtual design consultation. The link they sent didn't work, they called me to tell me to logon and hung up on me, I calle dbvack several times they kept picking up and hanging up, then they said they'd send a new link over in 3 minutes, 20 mins later no new link. i told them I was doing the consult between work meetings and the person is not listening to me whatsoever that I'm not just endlessly free. such an awful experience I refuse to work with this company solely because this initial experience and interaction with a sales person was SO so so awful.

  HORRIBLEEEEE !!!!!!!!!! please save yourself from this store i first went there at the end of june and its november 7th and i am still kitchenless... 5 Months with no kitchen. 3 different agents in the span of a month and once things came the color was completely different and they were all damaged and many missing things. a whole corner missing. 30 inches... they said to just put white cardboard to cover it. does that seam logical😭. They came to remeasure and said they were wrong measurements not to mention that 4 PEOPLE came to measure beforehand ... yet they still managed to not get it right. the sink completely damaged and they brought wrong cabinets.. finally they said we would have our kitchen by november 6 yet they managed to mess up AGAIN. i ordered a spice cabinet in july and still not here. as well as the lazy susan for the corner and HANDLES. i obviously bought handles for my drawers .. how am i supposed to open them without it but they said i didn't. i had the receipt right infront of me of me purchasing them on july 1st. who buys drawers without handles ??? yet i still had to get doubled charged for it. and as for the lazy susan They said it wouldn't be delivered till APRIL. this not okay at all please go far far far away from this store i promise you it's not worth your troubles or money. 11k down the drain and they will be hearing from my lawyers if they don't fix this by this week. from august to now we have had no kitchen, we can't use the oven, we can't use the stove. this is not even livable do they just expect us to eat out everyday.. that is how you get obese !!!!!!! they don't care about the well being of their customers and need to be shut down. Please stray far from them.
