We bought a house & Paul came to give me an estimate to rip out the old carpet, and discovered wood flooring under the carpets (yay!). He went above and beyond even at the estimate, going into every single room and lifting the carpet to see if wood was underneath. Before finding Superior Floors, I contacted another local flooring company and they would not even come to do an estimate until I told them what was under the carpet (including what type of wood??). As someone who knows nothing about flooring, Paul was SO helpful in this process! We ended up having Superior Floors take out the carpeting in the entire house, and install new flooring upstairs where the floor needed to be replaced. Everything looks perfect, very reasonable pricing for the amount of work, the entire team from installers to office staff were excellent, I highly recommend Superior Floors to anyone!

I priced out several contractors and Superior Floors not only had a great price, but was the quickest business to respond to me. Jay was the main person I dealt with and he was very helpful and knowledgable. The company was able to schedule with me in a timeframe that I needed and were able to also schedule around other contractors which was really appreciated. The work was done in the time they told me it would be and it looks beautiful. I mainly had them put carpeting in the bedrooms, hallways, and staircase, though they also helped me put in a section of appropriate flooring in the area where the washer and dryer would be. I definitely recommend this company for quality and price of work, customer service, and efficiency, and would reach out to them again if I ever needed more flooring or carpeting work done.
