  They are scammers, they charge a 20% fee for returning things, knowing that they can sell me the things because they don't expire, discarding them for future purchases, and trying to buy what is there because they don't return money or they charge you.

  Be careful of their fees. For example, When they send you masonry items that cost 1000.00, but they are the wrong size, obviously they have to go back, you will be charged almost half half that value with the language that there is a 20% restocking fee and the delivery fee. Buyer beware. There are 2 other masonary yards that don’t do this in Farmingville, 9 Brothers and Royal Masonary. Give them a try before you get overcharged at this place.

  I will never again go here. Horrible customer service and reps. I only went here because my usual place didn’t have the stones I wanted in stock and from the start, they messed up my boyfriends construction name. They spelt it wrong then I have to return the two pallets to get my money and credit back I return them back they say that everything is OK ur all set refund will be sent. It isn’t sent I called over month later after I realize I never got any refund and they give me a hard time and argue with me that I didn’t pay for two pallets when I did or that I only paid for one pallet. Whether I did or didn’t, fact is I’ve called numerous times I’ve dealt with numerous people and I was aggravated as you can tell in the phone, good customer service and a good company. At that point we just end up sending out the check for the additional $25 for the pallet as a courtesy but instead they gave me an attitude they talk back to me and they were not willing to cooperate or understand where I’m coming from. As a company and business that 25 dollars should’ve just been refunded back as a courtesy due to the aggravation of the customer. I will not be doing business here again, ever. Worst customer service
