I did not decide on the very first day I spoke with him. When I called back with further questions, he was just as nice. When it came time for delivery the young man who delivered was very kind and professional as well. The bathrooms were very clean and our guests could not stop talking about how nice they were. It made our event a very positive experience. Our guests were very pleased to have a normal bathroom to go into, air conditioned and music to listen to. Thank you to United rentals for the positive experience.
