  Don't order from them. Their "computer" split our order into two separate designs patterns. No way for customer to understand internal coding that made the 1/2 the order different. We held back 28k out a 160k order and they said they would remedy it if we released another 14k. Their remedy was handsaws and a few pieces double sided tape to change the grid pattern on the windows and doors they improperly ordered. NOW they won't honor their service agreement. Real five star service here. Save yourself the trouble and go else where.

  Recently purchased a therma-tru door with sidelights from the Farmingdale location the rep Vinny was extremely professional and helpful answered all our questions received the door on time. Highly recommend WindowRama for all your window and door needs, Pat.M.

  In this day and age it is hard to find people who will go above and beyond to help you. However, Robert Schein, in the Farmingdale location, did absolutely that. Time is not on my side as I have a very short time frame of when I need to get my windows. So Robert showed me various options of how I can make my dream window with in-stock windows. He was designing and creating pieces that I never thought of. He gave me great ideas. He showed me many different options, and spent a long time answering all of my questions. Whenever I buy anything, I literally check 5 different stores and compare prices. However, Windowrama was the first and last window store I went to. I placed my order with Bob. He made me feel that comfortable. He was super thorough, so honest, and kind, that I felt fully confident in my purchase. Bob was not only patient and knowledgeable, he is just a super nice guy. If you ever need windows, ask for Robert Schein in the Farmingdale location. Too often consumers take the time to complain, but not often enough do we recognize when someone does an amazing job. Windowrama, please recognize Bob - he deserves it. Thank you. :)
