She is as helpful as she can be given that the system I purchased is awful and you'll find many people experiencing problems with Durastar. A 2 year old system needing a new condenser unit costing $3000 install should be criminal, the unit I purchased is trash and its more economic to buy a new unit from a better manufacturer.
