I patiently have been waiting. I Finslly call them around end of may and they said they finally got in the door but no call to me confirming. They didn’t update me along the way with any details etc. also when asked about the window they said they had no idea what I am talking about. They are not doing the window snd have no details of a window yet the guy who comes out to do the measuring cleverly put in a window. So now we have no window and still no door. They scheduled me once and they said they would be there at 9 AM bc I work second shift. After no one showing up by 11 I called and they said he went to another job first and I would be second even after I told them I had to be first. Now as of writing this they are late again. They were supposed to come today at 9 am and it’s now 1:45 and still Nobody is here. They are horrible and I want my money back

It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.

Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
