The two installers, Myroslav and Andrew, did an outstanding job. They communicated what needed to be done, they worked efficiently and made sure every detail was perfect before they left. - MPMaxime Cuypers, Ph.D.Apr 2, 20251.02023, we move to a house with a broken window. 05/2023 We ask fitch to come quote us to replace... 06/2023 They first sent us a clown that later resigned and did not even give our info to his bosses. 08/2023 Then a responible person came. The glass window edging we want is not available, we are promised and equivalent, at this point i forgot to check the equivalent... mistake... They took wrong measurements and quote us 2500$. We say ok. I come to the office to sign the paperwork, suddenly the payment due is 5000. 01/2024 The team comes few months later with a window 5 inches too narrow and with different glass edging than ordered. Which they realised after tearing down the old frame. (Freezing outside) We had to stick with it and they added studs to fill the gaps. The window is installed. From the inside, looks good. Few weeks later i go out (not as cold) and realise they messed up the outside frame. Cracks in the wood sidings, the top metal protector on the outside is not replaced correctly with a 0.5 inch gap (perfect for wasps to enter the house . At this point i just fixed it myself as i was not going to have to wait many more months and pay $ for them to fix it. Do i recommend? if you are ready to triple check all they do yourself....
