  One star is far more than this company deserves. This company has demonstrated extreme negligence, incompetence, and unprofessional conduct. I purchased a garage door through Lowe’s, which contracted this company for delivery and installation. While they completed the delivery, they failed entirely in their responsibility to schedule and perform the installation in a timely and professional manner. I was told I would be contacted to schedule the installation. No one ever called. I had to repeatedly follow up myself. On the scheduled installation date, no one showed up. When I called, I was told they were “not aware” that I even had the garage door—despite the fact that this same company had delivered it. I had taken a day off work and lost income as a result. I informed them clearly that I could not continue missing work due to their failures. When they finally arrived, their attitude was hostile and unprofessional. During the visit, it was discovered that a required part of the garage door was missing. In the presence of their installers, we contacted Lowe’s. Lowe’s explicitly stated that this company was responsible for contacting them to request the missing part. The installers heard this directly and confirmed they would do so. The following day, when we called to confirm the status of the missing part, we were yelled at and told they “had no responsibility” to do anything. Only after repeatedly explaining the situation did the representative reluctantly state they would order the part. Days later, I called again seeking an update. At that point, temperatures were below freezing, and the partially installed garage door had been left with an approximate 3-centimeter gap, allowing cold air to enter my home and creating a serious habitability and energy-efficiency issue. Once again, I was treated aggressively, told they would do nothing, and the call was abruptly terminated. This company failed to meet basic contractual obligations, failed to communicate, exposed my home to unsafe conditions, caused financial loss by forcing me to miss work, and engaged in verbally aggressive and abusive behavior toward a customer. Their conduct reflects a complete disregard for professional standards and consumer rights. I strongly caution any customer and any company considering working with this business. Based on my experience, they should not be trusted with delivery, installation, or customer service of any kind. After your answer, I said, you was negligent because your attitude, you refused to contact lowes to notify the missing part and you said that you don't want to come back to finish the work, you don't have any excuses
