- MLMadison LaRosaApr 3, 20261.0My friend ordered her kitchen with wren , and they have been very unhelpful in the customer service department. They never told her that shipping would be delayed a month over Christmas when they had her sign the contract, which changed her kitchen delivery to January. The delivery arrived in January with a broken cabinet and a short countertop. She gave her own measurements and Wren used THEIR measurements which were wrong and inaccurate. Due to the month delay on the delivery my friend no longer had someone to do the work until the end of February. Wren would not accommodate or help with any of the problems with the materials they only offer to re-order at a discounted rate . Save your money and go to home depot

The Kitchen finally arrives and the counter top doesn’t make it up the stairs so they tell us to cut it ourselves; to which I stated they need to fix it. (They took it and cut it) The counter top arrives back and it’s cut too short and now we can’t use it, I also received 2 broken cabinets to which they said we can offer me to re-buy the cabinets and the countertops at a 50% discount because it’s gone past 28 days of sale . Save your money and go with Home Depot they are a waste of time .

John Cipriano was a great help, from helping me find appliances to walking me through the process to replace my older cabinets, I had a great experience from the beginning and would highly recommend dropping by to see what he can do for you too.
