  Sal provided service for two separate issues: leak in upstairs sink and radiator blockage. He is very professional, knowledgeable and explains what he's doing and why.

  Our family has been a loyal customer of Cornetta since the 1970s. We’ve always recommended their services to everyone we know for all plumbing needs. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. This is no longer evident in their practice. It’s disheartening to see that the company prioritizes profit over treating its loyal customers fairly. Despite our attempts to reach out to the office management in order to clarify what we felt was an error .We were told that the company charged $285 +tax/hour and yet for 7 minutes of snaking following another service call of 50 minutes 36 hours prior , we were charged $268(inc.tax). in addition to the $308. That does not compute. Their response was indifferent to our request for clarification. We were also faced with the cost of repairing our kitchen ceiling from our last recent service call, the year before, as a result of a repairman who would not heed our advice and was adamant that his drastic solution to rip open our ceiling to fix our plumbing problem was correct. Unfortunately, he was wrong and we were correct but we were left with a hole in our ceiling. We took this as an isolated incident, but after this most recent experience, we must part ways. To be honest, I wonder if the Cornetta family actually owns this business any longer. Caveat emptor "let the buyer beware."
