  Highly recommend Jeff. From the time I called he was extremely helpful and accommodating. He picked my window frame up fixed it and dropped it off all in a timely manner and very reasonable cost. I can't thank him enough.

  Had a cracked windshield and insurance company sent SafeLite. They told me that since there was rust near the windshield that if they determined that it was near the seal, they couldn't put the windshield in. I went to several mechanics who all agreed that the rust was not even close to the seal, but the insurance company said I must fix the rust first (quoted ~$1200). One of the mechanics recommended First Class Glass. They came the next day and replaced the windshield at my work parking lot. They removed the old windshield, cleaned away any loose rust (it was not near the seal), sealed that area with an antirust coating and put the new windshield in. Total time was less than 30 minutes. They were polite, professional and answered all my questions and then were off to their next job! I'd recommend requesting them from your insurance company since I've heard many complaints from friends that they have had the same experience with SafeLite. I did end up paying out of pocket, but didn't need to pay the $1200 to get the rust "repaired" on my older car and the windshield is working perfectly with no leaks several months after the repair.   Great service. Great professional service. If you are looking for anything they offer you will not be let down. Replaced the glass in my grandfather's military plaque. These guys know their stuff, don't waste time, And again Great price. Thank you again first class glass
