- DNDoug NorthSep 8, 20252.0Tuffshed has a great design and good materials but their customer service is terrible. They started my shed at the beginning of August. They completed most of it but the roof was never ordered. I emailed several times with no response. Finally after a month the roof came in but it still took them more than a week to finish. I also had to finish the loft and hurricane straps so I could use it. I also was burned that I paid them $350 for the building permit and when I picked it up at the codes office I had to pay the fee to the town. Do yourself a favor and steer clean of Tuffshed. You can do better with a local builder.
