Zack was very informative on the different levels of systems, their capacities and pricing. His sales presentation was very comprehensive. His multiple follow-ups were always prompt and accurate. It was 10 degrees on the morning of the installation. Richie, Jason and Chris were right on time with the 8:00 AM start time. Richie was very exact with explaining the operational aspects of the system. The setting of the unit, installation of the new electrical panel and new wiring was done very efficiently given the tight areas that they had to work within. I would highly recommend Home Power Systems to anyone that is considering a home standby generator.

The whole crew did a fabulous job. They worked out how to move the placement and hook up gas and electric even though it was not what they had anticipated with prior info. Rich did the key work with placing and setting up the generator, Ian assisted, Woody did the electric. All were efficient, but most importantly informative, answering multiple questions throughout installation. Also they were very neat, cleaning up everything leaving entire area in tip top shape. Rich set me up with the app, walked me through all steps of how to maintain the system. Skilled, thorough, neat, very friendly and accommodating. Thanks guys!
