  Done right, the first time with unsurpassed quality and attention to detail. Padarig and his crew were timely and neat and truly listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Family owned business that puts its customers first- no middleman no hassle. A pleasure to work with. My most recent project included a complete gut and redo of our front deck. It came out better than I imagined and within budget. Highly recommend!!!!

  I can’t say enough great things about Keenan Custom Homes! From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly easy to communicate with. Whenever I had a question or needed an update, they were always just a call away. We hired them for a complete basement renovation, and they absolutely exceeded expectations. They fully gutted the space and rebuilt it from the ground up. One of the biggest improvements was relocating and elevating the old, redundant copper piping in the ceiling, which immediately made the space feel more open. They also completely rewired the basement, ensuring everything was up to code and modernized. The transformation didn’t stop there—they installed an egress window for safety, built a stunning custom mahogany bar complete with full water and refrigeration, and even added a brand-new 3/4 bath where there wasn’t one before. On top of all that, they designed an extensive storage system that makes keeping everything organized a breeze. One thing that really stood out to me was how clean and respectful their crew was. Every day, they made sure my home was left spotless. I’ve dealt with contractors before, and this level of care is rare. I can confidently say that Keenan Custom Homes is the real deal. I was so impressed with their work that I’m already looking forward to having them renovate my kitchen next year.   Great honest company. We had them do a small extension on our house a few months ago and really had no idea where to start. They walked us through it and gave us all of the options to fit our budget, and were really great the whole time. Super clean (I hate that construction dust!) and always showed up as promised, which has been an issue we've had with other contractors. Very pleased with the end result and would def. us them again if we redo our bathroom in the future.
