  This is a company you can trust and count on to take care of your home and family. Harsh winter lead to leak inside home put a Google message out for 4 top companies to respond to concern. Highland Contractors was the only one to reach out, spoke with Jen who is so easy to talk to understanding and informative from beginning to end. Their salesman/ lifesaver Jay is not only good at explaining what we needed to correct our situation but went above and beyond from start to finish of our job. We needed a emergency tarp last min that he out of his own time came over to help set up in the rain so that we could prevent any water to come into home. We had to wait for weather to break but once it did there crew came out and performed the roof removal and install. After couple days roof was up and Jay and Jen kept us updated every step of the way to what they needed to do and things that came up but already took care of themselves and after a heavy downpour on the 3rd day and happy to say no leaks. Our family can finally sleep easy after the work Highland Contractors, specially Jay and Jen provided for us. Im im trade and understand how hard it is to find reliable and trustworthy people to perform home improvements. I will forever praise Jen Jay and the team at Highland Contractors on being a go to place you should call to give you peace of mind and a quality finish to your home improvements. They pride themselves on making sure that they put out a good product and that as the customer we are completely satisfied. For any home improvements would strongly recommend highland contractors and if you speak with jen or Jay your in good hands.

  The workers showed up on time - were very courteous. Even though this was a very small job (One piece of siding underneath my gutter blew off a few days ago so they replaced it) on a very cold day, they did it well, taking time to do it correctly. Definitely will use them again

  Prompt, polite, professional. Very pleased with understanding my problem when first made contact with company and with the continued follow up. Repair people further identified problem and made needed repairs. Very positive experience.

  Highland replaced our fence yesterday and i'm more than pleased. They did an excellent job! They even took the time and care not to trample on my spring flowers. Thank you so much!
