Louis came here gave us an estimate but also offered a more affordable option and OMG the most beautiful triple pane window that is functional and gorgeous! I wasn’t sure how it would come out with the framing of old bow to new flat window but the guys had it done in less than 2 hours all the gorgeous frame work etc it’s stunning I wish I’d done it sooner! The other companies I called, shame on them for not offering options not good salesmanship to me. I have had window world replace other windows I should have known they would be the best! Run don’t walk to call them! Best prices and products ! We can already tell the difference in warmth and sound in our home from the triple pane. Thank you window world and Louis for outstanding work. I just booked them for 5 more windows to do for us.

I really appreciate his call and actions! With his help I know that we will get this resolved! Initial post: Terrible customer service! I spent $24,000 with this company in Buffalo to replace all my windows. July 28th 2025. Windows came in on time and installation team were great. However, 3 of our windows were scratched down to the metal trim so they said they would order those 3 replacements of the windows. It is now Oct 17th 2025 still don't have the windows. I have called installation dept. Spoke with Amanda and Angela haven't gotten any help or info. Reached out to the salesman that sold us the service he is called "Cashdollar" that has been rude and not helpful. He informed me that it isnt his job to help me once he sold the job to us! I have asked to speak with owner but they will not give me contact info or give them my contact info. Don't buy from this company!

Every staff member has been friendly and respectful. The last guy replacing the windows even went as far as to make sure my electronics didn’t get dusty and adjusted my screen door to softly close, which he didn’t have to do. The first windows I got done I got a great deal and was able to finance. And then around time from getting the quote to actual installation was a reasonable timeframe. I’ve already recommended Window World to a coworker and would recommend to everyone else as well!

Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
