I was told that I have to talk to 2 different departments separately because I have a plumbing part in an HVAC part. Then when they transfer me to those departments, no one answers the phone and I get sent to voicemail. And all that is after you navigate the touchstone system that answers the phone initially. This company could not make it more difficult to phone an order in if they tried. I gave up after 15 minutes and 4 phone calls and I just bought my part somewhere else.

The employees were no help at all, they seemed extremely inexperienced in plumbing and we're just there to cash people out. The only reason this organization deserves a 1 star is because I was given another hardware store for me to purchase the valve I needed.
