Austin quickly identified the problem, but also performed a full inspection of my furnace. Repair was completed quickly and furnace was once again heating our home. Very happy with this service call.

He made the change an tested the temp of the hot water, he explained every thing he did an made sure we understood all he did an that we were happy before he left. Won't use anyone else but Emerald.

While I am not ready for an AC unit he explained what type I would need based on where it would have to be placed on my property and approximate cost. Austin explained the new furnace and the differences it has from my old unit. He was very friendly and answered any questions I had during the installation process. I have been very happy with emerald since they have taken over for the company my prior furnace was from.
