We had gotten 3 other estimates for our project, and while Grace was not the lowest it was the most thorough and it was competitive. Representative Vinny Fazio, projected a great portrait of the company. We liked that it was family owned, insured and felt the work culture was above average. He answered all our questions and made suggestions. The work crew was great…they worked hard under some pretty inclement conditions. Francisco kept us informed and protected our house from damages due to removal of the old roofing materials. Marina Kuhn in the office handled our concerns promptly. We will definitely recommend Grace Roofing for these kinds of projects.
- WMWilliam MoranNov 12, 20255.0Grace Roofing is a great business to deal with! I wanted to replace my old roof with a new metal roof. The estimator, Vinny, was very easy to work with. When I received the estimate from Grace, I was pleased that it fell within my price range. They gave me an estimate of when they could do the work, which of course was weather dependent. We had quite a bit of rainy weather, but they were able to do the work only a few days behind the original start date. The crew showed up at about 6:45AM and totally completed the work around 5:00PM. As the crew was on the roof working, another worker was constantly picking up debris that was on the ground. Since is was getting dark when they finished the roof, I did not get to check out everything until the next morning. The roof looked great and there was virtually no debris on the ground at all. During the entire process from start to finish, their office quickly responded to all my questions. I am happy with my new roof and total pleased with Grace Roofing.

Their sales rep evaluated the location of our garage roof, under pine trees, and therefore very damp, as well as our design needs, and suggested installing a metal roof. The installation went smoothly, our new roof looks great, and the cost was about half as much as we had anticipated an asphalt roof replacement would cost.
