  I’ve had a good experience dealing with this company. Every time I’ve talked with them they’ve been professional, responsive, and actually helpful. Solid people who do excellent work.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you need an electrician.

  Had them do a job. Would rate them 4 of 5 for the job. Decided to use them for my generator. Long story short, my generator died, called Secure to repair. Would make appointments and they would cancel or not show. No call, no text, no email. My generator was dead for 6 months. They came twice only to have to order parts. I gave up on them coming and fixing my generator and found someone else.

  I never post negative reviews but this company takes the cake. Would give zero or negative stars if that was an option. Long time customer which speaks to my stupidity. Not one off customer service challenges. They repeatedly blow off confirmed appointments without any notice. Do not respond back to calls, texts or emails. Do not monitor, even though supposed to, issues with generator. I know there are not many options where they are located but look elsewhere if u can. Generac should pull them as an authorized service tech. And if they do come, not like u get a bargain for their serious deficiencies. Basically $300 just to come before any work or diagnosis. Which wouldn't be an issue if they actually came.

  I had a great experience with this company and will definitely hire them again. I live in the city, but needed an external light removed to make way for a downspout. Originally, they didn't think I needed to be there, but turns out they did need access to the inside. They came back at no extra charge to finish the job the way it needed to be done for the gutter install. I was extremely grateful. I'll also add that the company is very easy to reach and always returned my calls promptly. They care about their customers. Highly recommended.

  Best electricians I have ever dealt with. They installed my electric kiln and were professional, on time, knowledgeable and COVID safe. I highly recommend!
