The technician, Scott Koenig, is an excellent guy...he really knows his stuff, takes his work seriously, and is very clean and professional. I had no heat running through my baseboards with my Navien unit. I messed up the timing and got there late, and Scott was already waiting. When I apologized, all he said was, “I couldn’t let you go without any heat.”That meant a lot to me. I have kids, and it was really cold, so his dedication was inspiring. From the moment Danielle answered the phone to Scott completing the job, the service was outstanding. I’m very satisfied, and I will definitely recommend All Weather Heating & Cooling.

Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to complete the repair because I need a part. He put request in for the part right away, and hopefully they will have it in the warehouse and be able to fix it tomorrow. I’ve used all weather many times and I’m very pleased with the service.
