  I had a wonderful experience working with Kyle Margolin at Wren Kitchen. From the moment I walked into the store I felt welcomed and well taken care of . Kyle was extremely professional,knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my vision and made sure the kitchen design reflected exactly what I had in mind . The communication between design and production team was excellent, everyone was responsive and kept me informed every step of the way . The quality of the cabinets and countertops met all my expectations and the final result looks beautiful. I truly appreciate Kyle’s attention to details. I would definitely recommend Kyle Margolin and Wren Kitchen in Commack team to anyone looking to design their kitchen.

  My mom is beside herself due to the poor customer service and work ethic of this company. She explained my brother was disabled and needed this to happen quickly and they assured her they would. She wanted to cancel but the store manager played games and stalled her out until she could not cancel anymore. Now the order was delivered on time after a bunch of complaints and this continued to go down hill from there. The installers that WREN subcontracted damaged the cabinets they were installing. Now she has to wait a week to get new stuff that was damaged AND items WREN neglected to ship. They installers also had limited English proficiency which created a huge communication issue because my mom doesn't speak Spanish. Next, today the countertop manufacturers did not show up for the template appointment and also did not call to say they weren't coming. When my mom reached out they said, sorry the templater called out sick. The manufacturer didn't notify my mom or WREN. We both took off of work and have been sitting here waiting for hours for nothing. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A KITCHEN RENOVATION DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND ON TIME,RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM WREN, ESPECIALLY THIS COMMACK LOCATION.

  I cannot adequately express my frustration and disappointment with Wren Kitchens. What should have been a straightforward kitchen renovation turned into a two-month nightmare of poor communication, incompetent project management, and broken promises. Our designer, Lori, was aware from the very beginning of our tight timeline and our family's unique needs - we have a medically fragile, disabled child who requires specific accommodations. Despite being fully informed of our situation, Lori took nearly a month to place our order, citing various days off and general inattentiveness. Her lack of professionalism and communication skills were astounding - I've dealt with teenagers who communicate more effectively. We scheduled demolition of our old kitchen based on the promised timeline and were assured at the very beginning that we would not be left without a functional kitchen. Instead, we were blindsided by sudden delays in the templating and quartz countertop installation due to holiday scheduling starting in early December. When I raised concerns, the manager assured me this would be worked out to meet our needs. Instead, it took him 11 days to figure out that he could not accommodate us - which conveniently extended one day past the deadline where I could have canceled this order. This feels incredibly manipulative and deceptive. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to blame the delays on me for adding a kitchen sink and faucet to the order - items I could have easily purchased elsewhere if I had known they would be used as an excuse for their incompetence. I escalated to corporate, hoping for a resolution, but even they could not guarantee a timeline to meet the unique needs of my medically fragile, disabled son. An inoperable kitchen for three weeks was absolutely not in the plan and directly contradicts what we were promised from day one. If Wren Kitchens had been honest from the start about their inability to meet our timeline, we would have gone elsewhere. Instead, they wasted two months of our lives while we operated in good faith. The staff appears poorly trained, the designer was incapable of basic project management, and the entire experience felt like the company was "playing in our faces." The insensitivity shown toward my family's situation and my disabled child's needs is jarring. Do yourself a favor and choose a company that values professionalism, honest communication, and basic human decency. Avoid at all costs.

  Actually did not end up buying from Wren due to some concerns about the cabinets themselves but had an excellent experience and appointment with Kyle. Kyle is a great representative of wren and we almost bought our cabinets from wren purely because we trusted Kyle and his work

  We recently renovated our kitchen and worked with Kyle Margolin as our designer. Kyle was fantastic the whole way through! He helped us not only design our kitchen, but help find the right appliances and recommended a great contractor. He was also very patient with many of the changes that we made along the way! He offered great advice and really went the extra mile to provide incredible service. He made what can be a stressful project very smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend anyone looking to embark on a kitchen design to check out Wren, and Kyle specifically. 5-stars all the way
