  Great Anderson Products. I got 2 big windows and a storm door. I had my contractor do the install because other things needed to be done for the new windows and the storm door. Don’t ask them if there is an isssue. They send you back to Anderson who finally agreed to send me the part I needed for the door only after I threatened them with legal action. WindowRama wanted nothing to do with the problem. Beware if you buy from them, you will not get the support you need

  Thanks for you help..Nick is so kind and caring person. Don't Need to replace my patio doors for hardware. I didn't know I had warranty..tks Nick without you I could pay $ for repair

  Wilis arrived at my house right on time. Wilis proceeded to fix the issue with my door quite diligently. Wilis also gave me great information about why I was having the problem and how to better preserve the door and avoid issues in the future. Wilis was a complete gentleman from start to finish.   I've bought every window and door in my home from Windowrama. Last year had my front door replaced by them and just today 2 windows in my den. Anthony, the salesman that came to the house was outstanding. No high pressure, explained everything that was going to be done and answered every question we had. The installer, Louis, I had on both jobs and is outstanding. Neat, clean and very professional. The foreman, Jeff came during the job and again at the end to go over the job and make sure we were satisfied. Use your local Windowrama, and please compare their prices with the big box stores and you'll be pleasantly surprised with their pricing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!
