  Charles was a nice person, but in order to see if the problem was the thermostat or the boiler, he wouldn’t put 2 wires together to see if the thermostat was running without charging me $200. It would have taken maybe 2 seconds, and It would have been a helpful, kind, and decent thing to do.. The boiler is in the basement of a condominium, so there was no immediate access to it. It would have cost $500 to replace the thermostat, which I think is exorbitant.

  Takes advantage of old people. And before you see a generic response comment from the owner “oh, we’re so sorry, please call us to make it right.” I have. Several times. A “plumbing manager” is always going to call me and never does. Can’t think of many things more unethical than elder abuse. Charged my grandmother over $5,000 to replace a hot water tank. Charged her $500 for a “permit fee”. I put a foil request in with the town and there was never a permit pulled and you don’t even need a permit to change a hot water tank. Just shady business practices. Spend your money with a more reputable company who won’t take advantage of your grandmother.

  T. Webber, a five star company sent me yet another five star person: Aidan Kiernan. Aidan was obviously highly educated and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the job he was doing for me. He also possessed excellent communication skills and conveyed intricacies with great clarity and patience. This caused me to suggest that maybe he should moonlight as a teacher! T. Webber so far has taken care of an electrical issue, plumbing issue, and HVAC issue for me without a single problem or complaint on my end. This company has a genius for hiring geniuses in their chosen field, Who are also sensitive, honest, and diplomatic. Never once did I ever sense I was being deceived or BS’d or talking to someone that really had no idea what the hell they were doing. Truth and honesty are extremely rare to find: This characterizes T. Webber and all their technicians. For all of this and more I say: Thank you/ Thank you / Thank you! L. Daniele

  Avoid at all costs. Call literally anyone else. I never write reviews. Good, bad, or indifferent, I never feel it worth my time. It's worth my time to help others, particularly those with families, avoid working with T Webber. I don't know how they have the high average review score that they do given the level of incompetence that's been displayed on the dozen plus visits to our home it's taken their staff since installing our new system (which still doesn't work correctly). If their technical skills are bad, their communication skills are even worse. From one person not knowing what the other said, to the lie that "For immediate response call our office to speak with a live, friendly operator all day, every day." If you call at night, expect to speak to AI and hear back tomorrow, after your family has had to sleep in the cold. I hope that if you've made it this far you'll heed the warning and find the next company in the search result, because the money they obviously spend on advertising would be better spent on hiring and training competent employees (exception for Keith who was at least helpful and thoughtful).

  I Had a horrible clog which led to opening two traps one before the tub and one after . Probably so bad that the sink in the kitchen would cause the tub to clog up and have water build up as well as the sink in the bathroom . I had one guy come from a company PSP Plumbing and quoted me a price of $500 before even looking at any of it . I told him thank you but no thanks I also called Jones services because I had dealt with them before. I didn't even have them come out here when T Webber called me back the very next day after the appointment was set & said that their driver Wyatt was on his way and would be there shortly. I didn't even get off the phone and to T Webber truck pulled in.. Wyatt from T Webber was an awesome Tech specialist! He was thorough-friendly and went above and beyond as a technician. I will definitely request him next time I have an issue. He explained everything step by step with me. His Kind courteous and Professional Service made him & exceptional technician. A technician you would talk to years ago not like the ones they have today, where everything is business & $. He was cooperative and tried to work with me on every angle. As I said he went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend him and T Webber for future issues! This is a person you wish you were getting to come and do service when a company is called. In fact I wish all people acted like this individual as he is professional courteous and goes above and beyond what any technician would try to do to help people in need. Wyatt definitely gives your company a good name. A company is known by its people, and because of Wyatt. T Webber to me is hands down a good company to go to for your plumbing and heating needs. Thank you Wyatt & Thanks T Webber!!!
