  I'm considering a lawsuit and taking this to BBB, state agencies and every review site known to man. ALL THE ONE-STAR REVIEWS ON REVIEW SITES ARE FOR A REASON. Incompetent liars. We have lived WITHOUT WATER TO OUR TWO MAIN BATHROOMS FOR NEARLY A WEEK because of this company, who sent two sets of technicians out within hours of each other (unknown to the dispatch/office) and both successively made a small faucet leak exponentially worse. Our home has high-end hardware without a shutoff valve on the sink, so we had to turn off the main water to the bathrooms to stop the leak, which went from a slow drip BEFORE T WEBBER to a gusher after they came. Of course, the crew was going to "be right back" with the right stem to fix it. That was Monday/Tuesday. It's now Saturday. The tech took a big deposit and GHOSTED. I've called multiple times. The customer service and dispatch are so ill-trained and inhuman....the level of disruption to our lives has been hard to quantify this week. Oh and you really know a company sucks when you hear one of the technicians talking about how disorganized the main office is. Basically a scam to try to take money and leave people in the lurch. I am going to get all of our money back and pursue damages.

  Had an issue with my heat. The tech arrived and did not know how to deal with my issue. He talked through it with another tech over the phone. Once diagnosed, they gave me a quote for over $3900. I fixed it myself for $1200 (the cost of the part). The repair was literally 8 screws and a fitting. Total repair time 45 minutes (from an unexperienced homeowner). They also quoted a diagnostic fee of $140 over the phone but charged me $240. I probably should have argued this, but these always seem like losing battles and, generally speaking, I just like to get criminals out of my house. This is why people have no trust in the service technician industry. Do better!

  It’s a long story …. I had this horrible company out to help start my furnace. While they were there they said they would have to service it as well. Understandable to me. They ended up missing several things installing a filter wrong. My oil line started leaking shortly after their visit. They came back out and stopped it. Then it leaked again, this time they said they couldn’t stop the leak and told us we needed a new tank.We agreed to the tank. They left the leak open and my wife and I had to fill a can and put it back in the oil tank several times a day. The day they came with the tank they realized they couldn’t get it down my stairs. So they said they had to apply for an outdoor tank. All of a sudden they were able to fix the leak to wait on the permits. They took a deposit from me and then forgot I existed. They call one day to see if I was interested in moving forward with the estimate???? I was waiting on permits and you have $3500 of my money. They don’t know what they are doing and if I was a betting man they are pretty big scam artists. We had our tank replaced by another company for 1/2 the price they wanted to charge. Today my furnace just died. Now it has to be replaced. The other company tech pointed out several things wrong with T-Webber’s maintenance. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. It’s not the same as it was actually owned by the Webber family. Look at the past year of reviews not their over all score. Also, I don’t want to see a stupid response from someone at T-Webber, you all know what you did. At least you gave me my money back.

  I called for a service appt early in the morning for a leak below my kitchen faucet. T Webber was able to get me on the schedule for the same day but was unsure of what time they would be able to get a technician out to my home. To my surprise, they were able to get a technician out to my home before noon. The Technician Daniel was able to address the issue and also resolved another nagging plumbing issue I had put off for some time. It was my first time working with T Webber and it was a pleasant experience
