    Kudos to T Webber Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electric.They installed a whole house Generac generator system and also new outdoor outlets at my home in Franklin, NY. Under very difficult below freezing and snowy winter weather conditions the crew was dedicated to get the job done correctly. Webber's Theresa McFaull planned and supervised and was a pure pleasure to deal with. She was very skilled and gave me helpful advice before, during and after the installation. She convinced me that the Weber motto "Keep your Home Running Right" is more than an advertising slogan, it's the truth. I highly recommend Webber.

    This morning I had my water softener serviced by Nicholas R. He arrived earlier than expected and did a fantastic job of servicing my system. He replaced a few parts (typical service) and there wasn't a drop of water that touched the floor of my boiler room. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I requested him for this year's service after he performed the same service in 2025. I believe he is an excellent employee to represent TWebber and provide quality service to the customer.

    Although the issue turned out to be outside of his area of specialty and another plumber will need to complete the work, I truly appreciated his visit. He took his time to carefully assess the situation and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He was courteous, professional, and respectful throughout the entire appointment. I would gladly recommend him for the type of work he specializes in.

    After being without heat for over a week and Wallace Energy failing to properly diagnose or fix my problem I was able to schedule an appointment online with T. Webber and a technician was at my residence at 8AM the next morning. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Not only did he immediately diagnose the issue he offered multiple options for repair and replacement of my equipment. This included having sales come to my residence within two hours to go over furnace replacement. I was also offered the opportunity to have the repair completed later in the day in the event I did not choose to purchase a new furnace. My experience with this company has been absolutely outstanding. This is how customer service and satisfaction should be with any company especially within a service industry.

    This company is not 24/7. If you call outside of business hours (which seem to be 8-4 on Saturday at least) you get an AI digital assistant. I called this morning because I have no heat at my house with a 6 week old and a blizzard coming with temperatures in the teens. They put me on the schedule for today, but it is 7pm, no one has called or showed and I have no way of getting in touch with anyone from the company to find out if technicians are still coming or if I am SOL. Our system (that they installed) is only a year and a half old and cost over $20,000 to put in. Waste of money. I wholeheartedly do NOT recommend this business. Update: No call, no show. Tried calling today (Sunday) at about 9am and there are no live representatives taking calls. Only the AI assistant is "available." How can a company call themselves 24/7 if there's no person to answer their phones and address your issues? What's worse is that they make it seem like they are because on a certain number (not sure why they have so many different phone numbers) they provide you with the option to hold your place in line and call you back. I did that last night. Needless to say, I received no call back. Update 4 weeks later: A technician came out and put us on emergency heat until the right combination of people could come back to our house to figure out the programming issue which causes our heat to not work when it gets too cold out. A technician just came out yesterday to try to get us off emergency heat. A couple hours after he left, we have cold air blowing out of our vents. It is now in the 50s in my house and I have a 10 week old baby and a 2.5 year old. We called T. Webber even though it's pointless because, again, they DO NOT OFFER EMERGENCY SERVICE OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS. As to be expected based on our previous experience, there are no humans to answer your calls, nor technicians available to remedy any HVAC issue. We tried other companies that are legitimately 24/7, but when they find out we have a Daikin system, they are unable to help because they aren't familiar with the brand.
