  Horrible experience! I paid a great deal of money for a sidewalk. At first it looked beautiful however after 3 months my dark tan sidewalk that matched my house turned gray. I contacted the owner and sent him pictures and he said it looked like the sealer turned white but it could be fixed. When I didn't hear back from him after a couple of weeks I emailed him again. He sent one of his workers up to look at it. This guy indicated to us that there was a problem with how they sealed it and he would talk with the owner. Again I didn't hear anything so after 2 weeks I texted the owner again and reiterated what his worker said and asked when they would fix it. I then received a call from his worker stating that he had just gotten screamed at and he didn't want to lose his job. He told me that we must have misunderstood what he said. When I called the owner he was very rude and basically told us the job was great and he told us the color could change. I advised him that I expected the dark tan to perhaps lighten but not change from dark tan to gray. He was very rude and would not do anything to rectify the situation. I would never recommend CNY concrete to anyone!!!!!

  Outstanding company. From the estimate to the final product, they were punctual and transparent. Mario and his team are very professional and do amazing work. Will definitely have more work done by them.

  Mario and his team did an excellent job at my home. I received an estimate in a timely manner. The work was completed in the time frame identified. I am very pleased with my experience with CNY Custom Concrete.

  I am beyond impressed with the products and customer service when visiting the new Cny establishment. As a fellow mason they have a ton of proline decorative concrete supplies. Mario the owner, was extremely helpful in explaining the different products and applications. Anyone in the concrete business, this is a great resource for just about everything!
