  I was victimized by this company. I had them work on my front porch. After the work was completed, I leaned on her railing, it literally fell and tumbled into the front yard. They used the cheaper wood for an outdoor porch, using yellow pine. Call back phone calls were useless, my family ended up making the repairs. Could not be more disappointed.

  My experience with Darling paint was one of the best customer service experiences I have experienced in a long time. From the moment I inquired about getting an estimate for a pretty big job inside my home to the very end I was very pleased. They came out within days, and did the job within days in a very time sensitive period. The workers were all very nice and did an exceptional job. I was also very happy with the price. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them again in the future.

  Beautiful workmanship, done earlier than promised. Workers were polite, helpful, and professional. Owner Bill Darling the same. We felt we were in very good hands with this company. Excellent communication throughout. We had interior doors installed and painted throughout the house, a closet rebuilt to remove a moldy wall, and the closet and that bedroom painted. They took care of little extras too on the spot, like painting a pantry shelf and painting an existing door so it would look as fresh and nice as the nearby new doors. Very happy and would recommend highly.

  Walked off the job when questioning the quality of work performed. Owner has anger management issues with employees & customers, difficult to deal with. The other owner sent threating messages as being the "Captain of NYS Death Militia", report filed with EC Sheriff's Dept.
