He fixed the problem fast and was obviously very knowledgeable. He was gave some good advice about improving our basement as we are remodeling an old home. I am very please and warm!
- GSGary Schenk4 days ago3.0Jacob seemed very knowledgeable about the system I have and the problem with it. He identified a couple of problems and informed me of possible solutions. Hopefully I can get hot water again after being out of it for 2 days. The only problem I have is with the quoted estimate I got for the replacement of the shower diverter valve. I think the price is ridiculously high. Other then that for Jacob's age and knowledge he should go far in the business should he choose to stay in it.

The installers, Ryan and Zach, were professional, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The pricing was great, and the attention to detail really stood out. They put runners down to protect our floors, wore boot covers the entire time, and left the work area spotless when they were done. It’s clear they take pride in their work and respect their customers’ homes. Highly recommend Reding Inc. if you’re looking for quality work, fair pricing, and excellent customer service.
- JFJonathan Falk5 days ago5.0Had a new furnace put in a couple of years ago by Reding. It appears a rubber gasket was not put on correctly and eventually started leaking. Service tech Mike came out, diagnosed the problem, did a quick fix that held us over for 4 days until part arrived. Reinstalled. Obviously, everyone would prefer a perfect installation but a problem occurred and was corrected. That is the sign of a good company. Mike was very knowledgeable as I was asking him about different kinds of heat.

He wasted no time at all and Thanked us for the business. Excellent service! We had hot water heater problem, and he diagnosed the issue to be the a corroded igniter and checked pressure as well. Would highly recommend this company!
