When I lived in Highland Mills, Debbie was always proactive in making sure my tank never ran low, and the delivery team — including Rick — has consistently been courteous and respectful while on my property. Their combination of great prices, attentive service, and friendly staff makes them stand out. I highly recommend Reynolds Oil to anyone in need of oil delivery or heating and cooling services.
- ESEddie SJan 20, 20251.0This company is a total joke! I contacted them to get fuel delivered to my house. Initially, the receptionist that answered the phone was polite and told me someone was going to call me back. About 10 minutes later I got a call from another lady, I believe her name is Debbie. The lady had an attitude from the beginning and asked me "What's up?" I explained to her that I'm low on oil and that I would like a to schedule a delivery. She was very rude, condescending and acting like a total Karen. She tells me "Well you're not a member so you don't need a refill." I said, "No, I am a new customer." She then tells me "Well, I don't have a truck available today, I have one tomorrow but it's going to be available only based on weather permitting. I said ok, let's schedule it for tomorrow then. She tells me in a very rude tone, "Okay I'll call you tomorrow morning to let you know." Of course she never called. I mean if you're miserable and disgruntled don't take a job in customer service. I don't know if she's the owner or she works for the owner but she's not good with customers, especially NEW CUSTOMERS, FIRST IMPRESSION COUNTS. I work too hard for my money to give it to this arrogant and incompetent place. Economy Oil is the way to go. Very DECENT and polite customer service.
