Team did a great job. They did a really nice job on a new roof for my shed and fixed my gutters. They also did a great job cleaning up all residual debris which I really appreciated.

Needed a vent installed on the roof, a small job. So I sent an email with a picture of the roof to Mike, and he gave me a price. What I did not expect was a team of 5+ guys, each with their own tasks, to get the job done so quickly, and better than I expected. Very professional.

Michael came by very soon after I called, and determined which portion of the roof needed replacement. Gave fair price, and was able to quickly schedule the work, knowing we had impending insurance cancelation. His crew did an excellent job, and also thoroughly cleaned up after. All in all a great company to do business with.

Bottom line: We wouldn’t hire Roof-a-Roo again. While there have been no leaks since the roof install in May, the process revealed serious issues with communication, quality, and follow-through.
We chose them despite the higher quote because their rep, Mike, did a thorough inspection and seemed professional. But things quickly fell apart: we never got a promised siding quote (after following up), we weren’t properly notified before the crew arrived, and we had to supply power ourselves—three times (without notice).
When Mike said the project was complete, we came home to find that the gutters, which were part of our contract, weren’t installed. When we asked, we were told the machine was broken—after the fact. Trim under the roof was damaged and left that way (see pictures). Cleanup was poor—my wife picked up 35–40 nails from our yard, a major safety concern with our dog.
Despite following up multiple times about the damage, Mike ignored or minimized our concerns. Only when we mentioned writing a review did he offer to fix the trim (but not paint it). Weeks later, we found large splintered wood pieces in our attic and got no reassurance from the company.
The roof may look fine, but we don’t trust the workmanship or the company.

Huge thanks to Michael and the Roof-A-Roo crew. They replaced my entire roof in one day. They arrived at 7:30 AM and didn’t leave until almost 8 PM. They did a wonderful job and the roof looks great. They even did an amazing clean-up job when they were done. Their price was competitive and fair and since my roof was damaged during a storm, Michael helped me through the entire insurance claim process. I highly recommend Roof-A-Roo to anyone looking for new roof.
