  Your technician Domenico called us to advise that he was on his way arriving at 9AM (our window was between 8&12). We introduced ourselves and he went right to work with our Gold Service annual maintenance, he was very competent and thorough. He checked and cleaned both furnace and a/c units and was finished in about an hour and a half. We were very pleased with his competence and respect for our home and property.

  Called a few weeks ago to schedule A/C maintenance and on-demand water heater flush. Called a second time, a few days prior to the service, to ensure that the service person would have the equipment required to flush the water heater, as it’s not something they typically have. I knew this because when we had the annual maintenance done on the water heater a couple months ago, the service guy specifically mentioned this. On the day of the appointment we received notice that they couldn’t service the A/C (understandable because it was too cold outside) but would come to do the water heater. When the service guy arrived, we discovered he did not have the equipment needed to flush the water heater - it wasn’t noted on his ticket. So the trip was a total waste of time. This is not a knock on the service guy. Rather, a failure in the scheduling process
