I was waiting but after technician being 10 min late I left and was back home in 7 min!! To return to a text saying since no power and no water he can’t do anything! Ummm this was all told ahead of time! No power because water flooded and it tripped electric.the this is why your coming out !!! So much time was wasted!!!! Then to say we can come back if you fix all that- ummm THATA WHY I CALLED YOU!!!

He even returned a second time. His assessment was correct it was a propane issue. Adam is a great representative for Issac heating. His knowledge and skill as well as his demeanor was so appreciated. We will always call Issac for help and hope to get Adam as our technician.
