- PMportrait mccoyNov 15, 20255.0When my furnace went out on a cold Friday night after trying to fix it myself to no avail, I called everyone within a 20 mile radius first thing Saturday morning and none of them could see me until Monday at the earliest. I called Isaac and they got me on the schedule for that day within 5 - 9 hours! Well, 1 hour later Ardit calls letting me know he finished up early at another job and would be here in 20 minutes if it was ok. YES, my home was freezing! Ardit was very professional, friendly, explained everything he was doing, and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He even pointed out a gas leak in my system that we'd been unknowingly living with since we moved in, in February! I appreciate Ardit so much and Isaac for getting me on the schedule quickly. The price was decent as well. Highly recommend!

As the furnace override worked, he looked at the thermostat, where the problem was. He reconnected the wires and voila! We now have heat. Im glad we ordered the gold seal service. I have used isaac since 1983...always pleased.

They gave me another ETA and the repair person called when he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem and presented me with two options. He completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I was pleased with Adam MacIntyre and his professionalism.
